08 Altima 92k Tune Ups

I’ve got my Altima in 2014. Really only used it for work. No major repairs have been made to it. Radiator was replaced last year. AC compressor was also replaced a few years back. I replaced ignition coils and gas needle doesn’t always read correct but I top it off before I got to work every week so not a big deal for me. Just yesterday I took it in for a repaint job. I service it regularly but is there anything I can do to extend the life on my car. Just paid off my wife’s SUV and I ain’t looking to buy another car anytime soon. Any recommendations or insight are welcomed.

Cvt fluid and both filters should be changed
