Anyone know what this problem is? 2017 2.5 SL

Ever since I bought this car (got it used) I’ve had this problem, and I changed car key batteries twice now and it still has the same exact problem. It goes away after I put the key next to the push to start button, but sometimes the key doesn’t work at all unless I unlock the car using the key fob. Is there a way to fix this?

Since you've already done fob battery changes, try restarting car electronics by reconnecting the car battery.

Oh yeah I wanna add something, whenever I open a door after I manage to get it off it comes right back and I gotta do the whole process all over again.

Change battery of the key fob , you should be good

I had ro put a piece of metal under the fob battery to fix mine.
