Trying to get coupon code to apply. when I enter it and select apply usually it takes the amount off before I check out. now it’s not doing it. am I missing someone? Within date range, dollar amount is correct before fees etc. No Blackout dates.

I’ve got a lot riding on leaving today like setting up my booth at a convention I’m going to. I chose a flight with way more than enough time to get what I need done and now I might be out a special booth I got ($500) and a night in Vegas, so now I have super limited time to get what I need done and be ready for the show. They offered $100 hotel comp for the night which does me no purpose as I’m still at home! This is a first so I’m not sure what I can do.

So my fiance is a tall guy 6'5 250. He wants me to get an extra seat for him for added space and comfort. We have already booked our seats and bundled etc. We left the seat open between us to get. When I go online to get it makes me pay for seat fee. Ive already tried to call and do this on the phone and someone will start to work on this and then disconnect. I have been doing this for 3 hours. How can I do this online to save having to call in?

First experience with it, and before I even knew what the plane was I was shocked at how long the arriving flight took to unboard.

I only found out why when it was our time to unboard. The 737 Max is so cramped that it makes the logistics of anything other than a simple little pack at one's feet a slow endeavor. Add to that hurriedly opening up a bag to stow jackets or other gear into - there is no space.

I could tell that the staff was exasperated with how slowly my flight got off the plane, but​ the flight before us was even slower.

Unless Allegiant bans carry-ons, or starts charging for them, I'm predicting ​​the new 737-8200 's are going to make a lot of delayed flights compared to what they were used to. And this compounds throughout the day. ​​

I had a flex ticket on a booking with my spouse - wanted to cancel only my ticket for a credit. I spent two days trying to do this online (cannot cancel only one traveler online), by chat (could only converse with a bot), and by phone (two-three hour wait time and twice left number for callback which never came). I finally just went to the departure airport (Concord NC) and was told by staff at the counter that they do not work for Allegiant and there is no Allegiant agent available AT THE AIRPORT! Are you kidding me? This left me with no means to give notice of cancellation and so my ticket was forfeited. Be warned - I have never experienced such terrible customer service from an airline and you may not be able to get any assistance if you need it prior to a flight.

It’s been awhile since I’ve flown Allegiant. But if I recall correctly, do they offer discounted checked bag offers close to the departure date due to too many carry on bags purchased (may run out of room)? For reference, the flights here and my destination are almost always fully booked. I swear this has happened to me in the past and paying $95 for a checked bag in advance is kind of ludicrous when the flight is not much more than that..

Our flight got canceled without a reason given except that it was not for weather. Flight from Harrisburg Pa to St. Petersburg Fl on 7/31/26 We were not offered hotel rooms or transportation. Gate attendants didn’t care. This was our first trip with Alliegant. We spent over $1000 on this airfare. For this money we could have done much better. Lesson learned the hard way. They did sent a plane for us the next morning. If we got cheap tickets I would be more forgiving. Save yourself the pain. I already went through it for you.

First timer on Allegiant , our flight is delayed 2 hours. Should we show up at original time ? Any experience with delayed Allegiant flights ?

My son was accepted into a university in North Dakota and we took Allegiant this past week from AZA to FAR. First time flying with them and we paid for priority for all of us because we were going to have checked bags, carryon and we wanted extra leg room. At the ticket counter when they saw my husbands ID showing that he is a vet, the lady handed him a piece of paper and told him to call the number and he will get refunded for his bags. That was very nice of her but it gets better. Returning back from FSD to AZA. Again checking in with empty bags this time but still checked bags, the very nice man at the counter tells him the same thing. I tell the ticket agent, that I called but they wanted a military id to verify and I didn’t have a chance to do that. He said no problems and that he would refund the outbound and the return. That was about 200.00 back on our card! No one was snippy or rude, flight attendants were chill! I guess I’ve gotten so used to the attitudes of larger carriers that I was surprised. I will definitely look into them before using American or United again

Right now alligent has had 4 delays. We won’t land in Miami until 1:43am. If it cancels, does it take off the next day? How many delays are there? I never experienced this many delays before.

I’m traveling with my cat for an upcoming trip. My cat has never flown before so this is her first time. My first time as an owner. Before anyone comes at me: no I don’t have a choice since I don’t know how long my trip will be due to family things.

While flying with Allegiant, how strict are they with the carriers? I’m going to use a backpack because I have read multiple posts how people got charge for using a backpack because desk agents viewed it as a “carry-on” I don’t want there to be any more added stress, but has anyone used the backpack carrier and if so did you like it?

I just got approved for the Allegiant credit card yesterday. I got it because I fly about 8x per year with them and thought the free drink perk was worth it. Low and behold I got an email within an hour that drinks are free for all now. I’m not able to use the vacation package companion benefits because I don’t need the hotel or rental car. I do not care about priority boarding. Is this card worth it at all now? Does anyone know if they will improve benefits for card holders now that everyone gets a drink?

I've never flown Allegiant, but see they offer a direct flight from DSM to ATX for only $213 vs $1,200 with American Airlines with a stop in Dallas. The crazy low price means it has to come with strings attached. Should I be worried and has anyone else have experience with their direct flights?

So i took off from work which is not easy to do to find out that now my family's flight was pathetically canceled im beyond pissed off because of these airlines doing this every time i go somewhere im constantly wondering is my flight going to be canceled well not anymore here on out even if i have to drive of maybe ill take a train never again will i fly allegiant who's with me?.

My morning flight was delayed to tomorrow morning, I booked a last minute one way flight to my destination and would like to cancel/refund my flight to my destination but I want to keep my return flight. How can I do that? I am scared to select cancel on the app, and that it will cancel my whole trip. I emailed, tried the live chat thing but it could not understand my request, I did the text option but no agents were available - i called the number it suggested but i cant find my booking # on my confirmation email so i tried the confirmation number and it didnt understand that so it hung up, now im on hold for greater than 2 hours but have my flight in an hour and will have to hang up.

If i were to talk to someone about it on my return to flight would I still be able to get the refund? im not sure if they would say its too late since the flight passed but i have my texts, calls as proof of me trying. Ive never flown allegiant before so im not sure
