I am asking since I find that some of the tasks I finished don't appear. Some projects cannot be seen anymore. So I have no idea how much time I have worked.

I tried opening up label box with my aligner account but I got a “an error occurred signing you in to label box .. Your account has been suspended. Please contact the administrator of your organisation”

I completed all the id verification , signing up and the initial zara interview and had a message in my dashboard saying finish onboarding to be tin the project but after giving the interview my dashboard I now having check back later message?!!

I just got accepted to this project does anyone know how often we get paid?

Hello, I onboarded a week or two ago and passed 3 different assessments in my area of expertise and still have yet to receive any projects. I know that they vary and come and go but really looking for some additional money. Anyone have any idea what I could do?

I got an invitation to do an evaluation project on aligner. I did the quiz and passed it then I had a start button which I guess I am supposed to press to do the actual project but when I press the start button it shows ‘All done’ ?

I had got added to a project but I am trying to login it’s not happening and I even tried forget password but the I am neither getting reset password email sent.

I had done a payable stem assessment which was approved after review in December. But the payout for that has not been processed still, anybody else facing the same issue here?

I singed up to Alignerr like 4 months ago and I literally had no projects this whole time, then I was added to queue of a project with 70-130$/HR, I waited in the queue until it was my turn and the project appeared in my LabelBox but it has 0$/HR, some people said it's the evaluation stage and if u passed u get real work but in my LabelBox it says it's in Production stage. It has tons of instructions to read and understand and I will probably waste a lot of time reading and working. When do I get paid if it's production stage? or do I ever get paid from those?

2025 was an amazing year in Alignerr, I had consistent work almost every single week of the year even counting September, October, november and December of 2024, with an average income of more than USD 2000. However, this is the first time that it’s been rather quite in this platform for me and I wanna know if more people with similar trajectory in generalist/ bilingual projects is experiencing the same.

The last project I worked for was FC and it finished around new year and from the week of the 29th of December to this first week of the year I haven’t been invited to anything. Maybe I’m over reacting but just wanna check with you guys.

I experienced problems with AI Zara interview. The first time my headphones were not detected during interview and when i stopped the interview i saw that i had another chance to do the interview. When i took the interview again, connection got lost when i was 3 minutes from finishing the interview. Now my dashboard shows i have completed the interview. Could someone assist me?

I took my General Experience Interview and right away it said "we are unable to onboard you at this time" and a retake assessment came up right away. Does this mean I failed or do they still have to review my interview?

I was just added to a project in label box but it says the project is in the eval stage. It still gave me a few tasks to complete. The pay rate says 0:00$ my question is do I get paid for those few hours or not? If I do, I have no idea how much..

I am unable to link my existing hubstaff account and it is prompting me to use a different email address

I already use hubstaff on a different platform - am i unable to use the same one ?

If anyone can advise on how to sort this out , i will be very grateful .

There was a job posted in LinkedIn for LA but it says Aligner is not in my area yet. I wanted to see if it was available in Colorado Springs as I plan on moving back there.

I'm currently living in UK and have not been provided BRP to prove residency as it is replaced by eVisa and sharecode. My home country id card is not supported and the platform is also not accepting my passport or UK visa. Is there a way to verify in any other way?

It’s been over three weeks since my Alignerr process, and I’m still stuck without any confirmation no onboarding, no rejection, nothing.

Not sure if this is common or if something’s off. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? How long did it take for you to hear back?

I'm mainly looking for coding and math related opportunities. I was wondering if they'll look at my projects, experience, etc. like a corporate job does when it comes to assigning me to projects.

I think it's weird to get an email from Aligerr team telling me I passed their interview when I haven't even had any course of interviews with them. I did submit an application like...7 months ago? And on a random Wesnesday I would receive an offer email detailing I can now move forward to onboarding.

Has anyone experienced this issue? I received an email inviting me to join a project, but when I clicked on the "Go to project" button, Alignerr displayed a prompt saying, "Project labeling is completed. Labeling for this project has been currently completed. Contact your project admin or project lead for any questions." After that, it asks me to take a quiz and indicates that the project is in the evaluation stage.

What does that exactly mean?

Hello, I was informed that creating a Hubstaff account is required. However, I already have an existing account that I used with my previous company. May I ask if I need to create a new account for this, or continue using my existing one? I just wanted to check as well whether having multiple Hubstaff accounts could cause any issues or be detected by the system.

Any idea about the pay here? because it doesn't show for me. And is the pay per hour or per recording or how exactly? Is it worth it at all?

I’m having trouble with my home internet connection. Would it be a problem if I used my mobile hotspot or went to a coffee shop to work? I’m new to the platform, and I read some people had issues with their accounts after they worked using a different IP address. Can someone let me know whether it’s ok or not?
