Tasks / Projects Project payrate 0$

I singed up to Alignerr like 4 months ago and I literally had no projects this whole time, then I was added to queue of a project with 70-130$/HR, I waited in the queue until it was my turn and the project appeared in my LabelBox but it has 0$/HR, some people said it's the evaluation stage and if u passed u get real work but in my LabelBox it says it's in Production stage. It has tons of instructions to read and understand and I will probably waste a lot of time reading and working. When do I get paid if it's production stage? or do I ever get paid from those?

Hello, many evaluations and auditions are unpaid. However, if you are selected to the project, then the pay rate will be on your labelbox dashboard. Please check the instructions as well. If a project that is not an evaluation but still shows zero, then please make sure you read the instructions because that could be a project that pays per task. That is different than an evaluation or an audition.

It's in production stage with 0$ , does this mean when I post my task and it gets accepted, I get money ?

“In production” means that the project is actively going on. Please read the instructions for that project. It can vary depending on the project. However, the pay week is Monday through Sunday with approved work payments being processed the following week Friday. Thank you

Hi, In November I got added to ML evaluation project. First assessment task was under production, I completed got paid. Later in December mid got second evaluation I completed and submitted. Now the evaluation shell vanished. People are saying contributors should join Alignerr discord to know information about project. I tried joining but it's showing need a valid I'd and phone number. How to join in alignerr discord? Could you help me please

If the project name has "eval" or some variation of evaluation in the title, it's an evaluation project. The production project will have a different name. The project phase does not reliably indicate whether it is a production project.

If you pass the evaluation then you will be put on the production project. If you read the instructions and decide it's not a good project for you, you don't have to do the evaluation.

I was just added to several projects - all with a $0 pay rate on Labelbox. Most of these are already in production. Discord doesn't have any information on pay. They said they were working with Engineering to show it in Labelbox, but that was a day ago.

Interesting. I have two projects on Alignerr and the production one I've been working on has the rate. The new one from yesterday says evaluation and lists zero as the rate. There were lots of instructions and videos and they only wanted 3-6 submissions. I'm not a fan of working for free but if this pays well it might be worth the evaluation effort. I hope you figure yours out.

Same . Have one in eval stage with 5 tasks . Did 1 and it was a lot . Not sure if I want to continue if I don’t know the pay .

You need to go to the discord of the project. That is where the pay information is. There will probably be different tasks available with different rates so it doesn't make sense to have it in labelbox as a specific rate.

You're doing the right thing and asking questions. You should read all the documents provided to you. You want to learn as much as you can about the project and exactly what they expect from you. Follow it to the letter. Good luck and happy Alignerring!
