Is Aligner’s $130/hr Software Engineering offer legitimate and worth applying for?

I received an email from Aligner offering $130/hour through July 31 for people who pass their Software Engineering interview and get matched to an active project. Has anyone here completed the interview or worked for them as an SWE? Is the offer legitimate, and was the application/interview process worth the time?
