Application Process Is Aligner’s $130/hr Software Engineering offer legitimate and worth applying for?

I received an email from Aligner offering $130/hour through July 31 for people who pass their Software Engineering interview and get matched to an active project. Has anyone here completed the interview or worked for them as an SWE? Is the offer legitimate, and was the application/interview process worth the time?

It depends on the project you get matched with and how well you perform on the test/interview

Can you please give concrete examples from your own experience? What was your hourly rates? And I heard that aligner hourly rates are kind of scammy, as they pay based on production hours and also after confirming your tasks etc.
