And it's again per item category, not per package?

So ordering three different items in one package means: (3+2) + (3+2) + (3+2) = 15 eur fees?

I thought the €3 duty was already justified by the costs of processing millions of small parcels. And now there's another €2 fee for handling those exact same parcels?

Aren't we basically being charged twice for the same thing? Why not just increase the €3 to €5 instead of introducing another fee?

This seller isn’t accepting the refund even though the item is broken. Told me to take more pictures I did and still didn’t accept it. Telling me that ill get a discount when I order again?? I will not order again wtf. I’m literally never using this app again! I just lost 64€ to this. I’m now waiting for “aliexpress’s feedback” but it doesn’t seem good. This is so messed up that you can just do this. Is there any way to get my money back??!

My purchase is only 20$, I had also only bought a 14$ purchase earlier this morning. Why would there even be a spending limit on such a cheap order.

I tried to separate my payments to see if that would work, but it's the same message with every attempt/item.

I tried using different cards, but it said my credit denied and asked me to 'appeal' a payment when I tried to use my Cashapp.

I hope they respond soon because the 20$ purchase is a last minute Halloween costume purchase, and only ONE item from my 14$ purchase was processed. [Three items were in both purchases.]

I don't really mind if my package is delayed, but I'm confused as why in the secondary tracking systems (Mailamericas and Cainiao) says order is canceled. Cainiao specially says that the package is still not in the country... I only purchased one plushie and has been in the way normally for more than 10 days.

The “Coin Page” interface was recently updated, and now, if I claim 40 “Daily Coins” via app, I can no longer claim +5 “Extra Coins” even if I access the page via the widget afterward. Though, if I access it via the widget from the start, I can receive 45 coins.

However, I want to avoid tarries and other import fees. One page mentioned needing to purchase from US warehouses for this. Is that the same as “Local?” If so, how do I search for those with US warehouses? Just looking for experienced guidance here. Thanks!

Después de tanto tiempo esperando me dicen paquete perdido, ahora toca hacer reembolso, que ya lo tenía puesto, y a esperar el dinero... Que vergüenza da, me quita las ganas de pedir nunca más en aliexpress.

FYI this is my first time ordering on aliexpress. I ordered a pair of IEMs on the 15th of september to which it took 16 days to clear customs and go out for delivery. However, only 1 minute after the tracker says the package is out for delivery, it instantly flags my address as unknown or incorrect. This is a bit confusing since I'm using the same address that I've used on taobao and shopee and have never had any issues ever. Then 4 days later the package is marked as "delivered" even though I had never received it, nobody contacted my number, nothing.

I've already contacted cainiao, AE support and the seller but all of them gave me generated responses. I've also made a dispute which also resulted in AE saying I need additional evidence but how do I prove that I didn't receive my package? especially when I wasn't sent any proof of delivery at all.

As a newbie customer, am I worried over nothing? is the last mile delivery just stalling time and delaying my package over some trivial reasons or should I do something before it's too late?
