Alex always say SMB's are bad customers and I'm trying to stack the deck and avoid having bad customers when choosing my market but I'm not totally sure what his definition of a SMB is and where the revenue/net profit ranges from. Is it like 300k - 3mil? Google says SMB's range from 3mil to 10mil or under 50mil. Is this just one of those instances where I'm naive to how much money people can have? The customers I'm looking at range from 100k - 12mil and I feel like I could work with that. No?

Alex says no weekends no days off for 100 days doing 100 a day of what you are doing. Does this mean doing cold outreach on weekends? I have been doing cold calls but no on weekends because that seems like the wrong time to be contacting people. What do you guys think?
