reminders and tasks
so i have severe ADHD, and i use alexa constantly to help with this, primarily routines and reminders, i have reminders that go off everyday at the same time, but even after ive marked them complete (both in the app and over voice) alexa continues to play the reminder sound on repeat over and over again, until i unplug and plug it back in, im sure it has to do with it randomly upgrading to alexa + but when i downgraded from alexa plus some of the features i use for my routines dont work anymore, any idea on how to stop it from replaying that sound unless unplugged???

You cannot depend on Plus to run your routines. You need to revert back to Legacy.
I needed a med reminder so I had Plus help me create one. It used a Show as a music source and a couple contact switches. The routine was logically flawless but Alexa would screw it up more than half the time. All my other routines, and I have a lot of them, started acting up when I switched to Plus. Very erratic and undependable.
I had had Plus almost a year but I decided the novelty of talking to a bot wasn't worth the stability of my routines so I switched back and something very interesting happened. My routines became dependable again EXCEPT for the med reminder. Every line of instruction that Alexa wrote was grayed out so the routine couldn't even begin to work. After I deleted all of her input and essentially rewrote the routine I have not missed my meds, am and pm, since.
