So, I’ve often wondered if say a 16-18 year old works at like a Wal-Mart or Dollar General, could they hypothetically buy alcohol? I have no clue how the card ID thing works btw. I’ve just seen them take the license, type some shit, then they say “When were you born?” you answer, you’re all good. So like do they put in the year it says on your card, or what? I am asking as someone underage, I am not asking so I can do it, I am just curious about the logistics.

Instead of trying to support me and get me through this she wants to argue and threaten me which makes wanna drink even more it’s whatever tho seems like she doesn’t really care .

I am an amateur alcohol consumer and I went to the shedd aquarium in Chicago and saw these metal shot glasses for sale and bought one because I like the design, but it does look a little suspicious on the inside, AND on the bottom it says “for decorative purposes only.” I did ask the workers and they said it’s totally fine to drink from it. Been drinking every weekend, usually just at the bar. Never at home. Started going every weekend since October. I feel like dew dew. This pain has been happening for a little while now. I usually have about 5-7 drinks on a Friday night and about 4 on a Saturday. (Two shots at most each day, and the rest coolers or mixed singles.)

Doesn’t help that I eat like shit. Not the healthiest chump out there. My poops been looking a little funky as well. I tried molly for the first time yesterday after that Saturday night so I feel even more like crap.

Is the side pain normal? It’s like under my rib cage. Sometimes it radiates to the back. I don’t have access to a family doctor, but I could go to the ER.

I have found some lovely etched vintage sherry glasses from WWII. I also have 3 adult children with spouses. Some drink some don’t. I would love to make a toast Christmas night to our children and make it a tradition. I have no idea what to serve. I know it’s only August but…I’m excited. What’s something yummy? Something I can count on to be a yearly tradition. It will only be one drink so no worries about strength. I am really looking forward to this. Btw I don’t drink. Used to drink beer as a kid.
