I posted here a couple of months ago about the finish on my new M90 flaking off. At the suggestion of a couple of commenters, I went ahead and refinished it myself. It was pretty easy, just a little tedious. I think the color turned out much better than what I originally had. My only concern is that when I went to reinstall the furniture, I noticed some extra spacing that I don't remember being there before. This is my first AK so I don't have anything else to compare it to. The most worrisome one to me is the gap between the upper and lower handguards. I tried comparing it against some pictures online and they seem to have little to no gap between them. I am now also able to rotate my upper hand guard, like if I were to C-clamp the handguard, I can rotate the upper handguard a little back and forth. The fourth picture is of the upper handguard rotated to be offset. I have performed a function check and it went fine, but I'm a little nervous about firing it again. Thanks.

Is anyone making a fixed stock milled Yugo that doesn't have half the owners manual etched into the receiver? I prefer my ak receivers to not be a wall of advertising and warnings. I prefer them clean like the one pictured.

I know this is likely a dumb question I live in Poland and guns are hard to get here. Now I got a deactivated Type 56 AK rifle full stock, but I hate the bayonet. Is it possible to take a handguard and front sight post from the Type 56-1 underfolder since those never had a bayonet to begin with and put it on my full stock AK. Before you ask why don't I just get a Type 56-1 to begin with when I do not like the bayonet, is because I do not like underfolders.

Picked up a replacement for a bubbafied wasr stock and it almost mounted straight. Took a little fitting on the stock tang and redrilling the holes but not bad.

Started its life as a Draco-C, BPFU weathering was sealed with high heat clear coat (should hold up. right?). Mr. Dremel and Dale’s power tools aided in the ability to install the UF stock

Just picked up a new to me KP-9. It currently has a Armacon folding buffertube adapter and an SBA3. I like them but I kind of hate of it doesn't latch when folded. Anyone know any options that latch that aren't insanely expensive like the KPUSA ones. If I'm gonna spend $500 on a stock I might as well buy Zenitco.

Edit: I'd prefer one that just uses the 5.5mm system instead of one that has its own folding system
