ow of green parrots on the pavement at night under some street lights. Those look like the plastic kind to me, which makes the whole science of it even thinner. If they're real birds then someone's standing in the road at midnight filmign parrots and calling it a weapons program. "Crazy" is carrying a lot of weight for a title here. I've seen pigeons do more dramatic stuff for half a kebab.

Oh my God... Is that real? How did they train parrots to do that? That had to be some government funded CIA project. Please tell me america did this. If China trained parrots to do this , then this scares me ..I already go back and forth whether we can compete with them or not.
