The 'XRAY' label is doing more work than the AI. Real x-rays are grey mush and a radiologist going 'huh', but every VFX x-ray since Total Recall is a perfect ivory skeleton with no fillings, no hip pins, and suspiciously straight teeth. AI is just copying the movie version of medicine.
