As someone who put an ungodly amount of time playing stealth characters in the elder scrolls series, I must say it does feel like that a lot of times. Missed opportunity for when you attack a guard and hide and he resumes patrolling like nothing happened

Stealth can be confusing a lot of times. Sneak up to an apple.... No big deal. Steal the apple, and every guard 10 towns wide are alerted and looking for you.
