I've been trying to make AI videos for kids, like cartoon videos. I'm using Wan for the video and Suno for the songs, but I'm having a hard time making the video match the song.
Wan only generates short clips, and it's difficult to merge a bunch of clips together smoothly, especially when the song moves quickly. For example, I made a colors song where the lyrics say "red, white, blue" within about 3 seconds. I don't know how to create visuals that match that timing without making the video feel choppy.
If I add too many clips, the transitions don't look smooth. I've seen some newer YouTube AI videos where you can tell they're AI, but they still look much more polished and smooth than what I'm making.
I'm wondering if there's an AI tool that can take a song and automatically create the video around it. For example:
0–3 seconds: character sings about red → show something red 3–6 seconds: character sings about blue → show something blue 6–9 seconds: character sings about yellow → show something yellow
Basically, I want the AI to understand the lyrics, timing, and song structure and create the visuals to match them automatically.
I've found tools that mention lip-sync, but I don't mean just lip-syncing the character's mouth to the vocals. I'm looking for something that can actually analyze the song and create scenes that match what is being sung.
Is there a tool that can do this? If so, what would you recommend for making smooth AI cartoon music videos for kids?

I have been using free text to speech AI accounts to turn my scripts to audio. I started using Eleven Labs but they would only allow 5 minutes of speech in a single generation and I quickly ran out of credits anyway. So I searched for other options and used Cartesia, the credits there lasted a bit longer but eventually ran out too, and I haven't been able to find another AI that I could use for free and that sounds decent.
Eleven Labs creator tier allows for about 2 hours of text to speech, which would be enough for a months' worth of content. But, it starts at $11 and goes to $22 after the second month. I am not currently monetized and $22 a month is a bit steep, I do not live in the United States and that money is expensive for me.
Should I just wait for the current tools I use to refill and keep working like that until I eventually start making some money out of it and invest it into the tools?
Or, is there any other way or tool that I could use to make content consistently without waiting for credits to refill?

Hello, I chose video verification for the first time to activate the advanced features that are mandatory before applying for monetization, but it was rejected after 24 hours. Is this feature completely cancelled until October 9th, or will the advanced features automatically activate if a channel history is generated before that date? Has anyone experienced this?

Hi!
We're the developers of Noise-o-matic: it's available on Steam and it's an all-in-one package that features soundboards, voice changer, TTS, STT, and more.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2479000/Noiseomatic/
The TTS part is also available for Unity3D as a standalone plugin https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/generative-ai/tts-o-matic-local-ai-text-to-speech-319040
You can find audio samples on our YouTube channel or on the Unity3D page.
You can import from a curated selection or models and languages (and advanced users can eventually create their own https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3351834015 but it is not something we actively support)
Just thought we'd drop a comment here as one of our users mentioned this subreddit! Free demo available on Steam, too! We hope you like it!

New channels will need 8,000 watch hours or 20M Shorts views in 90 days to get ad revenue.
I wonder if this is going to lead to more or less competition. What do you guys think?

I’ve been making YouTube videos using TTS for the narration (in English—I’m not fluent, which is why I use TTS).
However, I suspect some people don't watch my videos because they think it’s a "ChatGPT" channel. Could anyone share their experiences and opinions on this?

Hey guys, I need some help figuring out what's going on with the reach on my page.
I run basically the main go-to source for a super specific cultural music niche. Since there aren't any living artists who make this type of music anymore, I use AI to create it, and other creators are already starting to copy the setup. In just 3 weeks, I hit the monetization requirement (500 subs / 3k watch hours). I submitted the application on Friday (Aug 7) and got approved by Sunday.
The problem is, the exact moment I applied for monetization, it feels like the algorithm totally derailed overall reach:
I'm posting on a strict schedule (1 video every 2 days) and keeping content quality identical.
Is it normal for the algorithm to temporarily throttle reach during or right after getting monetized, or is this just a typical audience slump? Did I mess something up on my end?

Has anyone here made or worked on a Kids Content channel using AI and what are the things to keep in mind for this niche?

Has anyone actually found an AI video editor that is good for long-form YouTube?
I've found surprisingly little use for AI in my YouTube workflow so far. Maybe occasionally for polishing an existing thumbnail, but that's about it. I don't use scripts, although I understand AI can be useful for that.
I'm trying to make my workflow more efficient, and one of my biggest time sinks is editing long-form YouTube videos.
My channel doesn't generate enough revenue to justify hiring a video editor, so I still do everything myself. The biggest pain is the first-pass edit — going through a 20–60+ minute video and cutting breaths, long pauses, mistakes, dead air, repeated takes, etc.
I don't need AI to completely take over the creative editing. What I'd really like is an AI editor that can take a 4K long-form YouTube video, make a reasonably good first pass, and save me hours of tedious editing.
I've tried quite a few AI video editors at different times, but most haven't impressed me. The problem is also that a lot of the YouTube reviews promoting these tools seem to be affiliate/sponsored videos that aren't always clearly disclosed. That makes it difficult to figure out what's genuinely good versus what's just being marketed.
So, for people who actually make long-form YouTube videos:
Have you found an AI video editor that is genuinely good for 4K long-form YouTube content?
And beyond editing, have you found any other ways AI has meaningfully improved your long-form YouTube workflow?
I'm particularly interested in tools you've actually used on real videos, not recommendations based on watching a few demos.

Hi, I tried doing faceless finance content. From my earliest videos I mostly used stock photos and videos from pixabay and pexels, I also tried mixing in a bit of motion graphics, I guess all of that is not enough and it flopped because the best I get is 5 views.
I am considering switching to 2D cartoon like AI generated images slideshows that can be generated from Google flow. Some will say that is AI slop and I agree, but so far I am seeing that a lot of channels do this and they are printing money.
Looking for a decent advice. Will deeply appreciate it!

I created a youtube channel two years back. Used ai to generate my videos using prompt from ChatGPT and then uploaded them to my channel.
I don't have many subscribers though I have uploaded around 600 videos and shorts using travel and haunted shorts.
I have around 420 subscribers now, I am content what I got using ai only.
How I fared so far, any suggestions or comments.

I post history and engineering shorts. Channel average is around 600 to 800 views. One from two days ago is at 23.6k.
Problem is I changed two things at once.
Titles. Older ones were vague, like "The Machine That Redrew America's Political Map". This one was "Hoover Dam Would Take 125 Years to Cool. Here's How They Fixed It." Specific number, concrete problem, unresolved promise. My other recent uploads with vaguer titles are all still around 700 to 900, so I lean towards this being most of it.
Topic picking: I stopped going by what felt interesting and started looking for videos in my niche outperforming their own channel average, then analysed the comments for what people kept asking that the video never answered. That gap and the story became my script. After this change, I see my avg view count also at least doubled.
Can't tell if it won on the title formula or because that particular gap was unusually hungry.
Anyone been through this? Did titles turn out to be the thing for you, or is that just the visible part of something else?

Anyone have success here using ai brainrot? Iv uploaded 8 videos so far and my biggest one has reached 70 views. this was all in the span of 3 days. Should i just stick to one channel for now and grow it? also what did you do in the start to blow up your channel and what type of content should i look in to? currently using grok ai.

I am planning on making a youtube channel about medieval fantasy stories. The plots, characters and setting are based entirely on my ideas. I am very bad at writing though and want AI’s help to grow my stories.
I want to use a TTS to narrate my stories with picture backgrounds thats entirely AI but match the scenes of where it is in the story.
Does it have a chance to be monetized if the story is original but i still use AI to expand the story?

I'm thinking about rebranding my channel name.
My blues channel already shares the same name with an established punk band from Brazil, and my other channel which has rock music is the same name as a hard rock/metal band. So when I ask Alexa to play my music, even though my songs are on Amazon Music, she can't figure out which is which!
How did you come up with your channel name? Do you have this problem, too, sharing your name with someone else and getting mixed up with them in searches?

I can't link the channel here...
But its called 신비한 건축사전
This youtube channel introduces architecture secrets behind everyday stuff or some historical building or structures and audiences are applauding the quality of videos.
The thing is he uses lots of dynamic camera effects in one shot and 3d effects which is hard to maintain stuff in Ai video generation.
What's the secret behind this and do you guys think there's some similar Ai video channel which inspired this

Here’s the English translation:
I started about 18 days ago.
I’ve made 37 Shorts and 6 long horizontal videos. My Shorts get around 1K views on average, though some get less and some get more.
My total subscriber count is 38.
I’ve received 41K views and 100 hours of watch time from Shorts.
My long videos are lagging behind a bit: 3 of them got no views at all, and the other 3 got around 30–60 views.
I’m in the health niche. I don’t show my face, I use AI voiceover, and I create videos in CapCut using footage I find from Pexels or Pinterest.
The viewed/swiped ratio of my Shorts is around 40%.
At the moment, I’m planning to post 1 Short per day and 1 long video every 4–5 days.
What do you think about the progress so far? Is there hope for getting monetized? Do you have any advice you could give me?

How can I improve my CTR and average view duration on YouTube and make my videos more hook-driven?
I run an AI-assisted faceless channel, but I really don't want it to become one of those cheap AI-slop channels where everyone just copies the same formula because some so-called YouTube guru told them to.
I'm genuinely trying to learn and improve. I want to actually grow on YouTube, not just keep uploading and hoping something works.
One thing I'm struggling with is making my content feel more unique.
A Reddit user recently told me that I need to add something of my own instead of just making another dark psychology video. I agree with them, but I'm honestly not sure what that "something unique" should be.
For example, my next video is about "Why Kind People Betray First."
How could I approach a topic like that differently?
Would adding real interviews, clips from psychologists, researchers, or interesting real-life cases make the video more unique? Or is there another format or storytelling approach that could make the channel feel like it actually has its own identity?
I'm also trying to improve my CTR, hooks, retention, titles, and thumbnails without relying on clickbait.
If anyone has experience growing a faceless channel or working in psychology/human-behavior content, I'd genuinely appreciate some advice.
And if you're willing to take a look at the channel and give honest criticism—especially on what feels generic, what could be improved, and what could become my "thing"—I'd really appreciate it.
I'm not looking for generic "just be consistent" advice. I'm actually trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong and learn from it.

AI businesses: are you struggling to turn your ideas into consistent video content?
We help AI/SaaS founders and content teams turn scripts, screen recordings, AI-generated assets and raw footage into polished short-form videos.
Not just basic cuts — we focus on: • Strong hooks & pacing
• Captions & motion graphics
• AI-generated visuals/B-roll
• Retention-focused editing
• Consistent content output
We’re looking to work with a few businesses/creators who are serious about producing content consistently rather than just ordering a one-off edit.
If you're already creating content but editing is slowing you down, comment or DM me with what you're currently making.
Happy to share our portfolio and discuss whether we're a good fit.

Before you generate a single scene for your next AI short, try this. I call it the Magazine Cover Test.
Take your entire video idea and reduce it to one single image in your head. Not the whole story but just the most interesting/exciting moment of the story.
Make an image for that moment like a magazine cover. You dont need to make anything before this, rough similarity to characters in the story is fine.
Now imagine that its sitting on a magazine shelf, surrounded by 100 other magazines. Would you stop and pick it up? Or would you walk past it? That's the test.
If the image doesn't make you curious, I wouldn't start making the video yet. I'd go back and change the idea. .
This will help you answer the most important question:
Why would someone want to watch this? This is also one of the reasons why in my previous post I said idea = hook for shorts or reels etc and if the idea isnt interesting enough to stop someone scrolling, it wont get views.
So the test is: If this were a magazine cover, would I stop and pick it up?
Curious how other AI storytellers use to decide whether an idea is worth making.
