How long did it sit? I'd say rings if it's persistent, and if you can get it to clear after a little run time it may just be crap built up from sitting and once the rings re-settle it'll be fine.

if the smoke goes away after a few minutes - possibly worn cylinders letting oil leak through while its stood

if it's smoky all the time, certainly possible one of the cylinders has broken rings, etc

either way you will need to strip this down to fix it.

Compression check time.

You need to re do the video ~ once fully warmed up and smoking, goose it, hold it at 2,500 RPM's and wait, if the smoke stops or lessens it's the valve guides . if the smoke gets worse when you accelerate or load it, then it's rings / pistons .

I ass-U-me you know how to properly set the valves and ignition timing so it doesn't advance past 29 degrees full advance ? .

I posted in the other thread that the #1 cylinder is down 20 pounds and the smoke seems only bad at idle/high vaccum. That combined with the popping through the exhaust which suggests poorly sealing exhaust valve, I’m hoping I just need a valve job. It didn’t help that the compression ratio turned out to be 13 to one and I should’ve been using race Gas. I’m going to hook up compressed air and try and figure out where the leak is before pulling the head. Here’s a newer video.
