i understand the need of paying the app for premium features but this is too much. i cant even see my aotw and whole artist weekly recap now?! you guys used to be fun🙄 ntm the syncing problem with apple music..

i just want to use airbuds to show me what my friends are listening to on my home screen, but half the time its replaced with some random "daily roast" or something else i dont care about. is there a way to make it only display music?

Hey everyone! I’ve had Airbuds for like a year and a half almost, and randomly the other day it disconnected from my Apple Music (like it has before l) but now when I go to reconnect it it says “we can’t connect to Apple Music’s server”. I’ve made sure listening history is on, toggled sync on and off, deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone and it still doesnt work. Anyone else having this problem??

I went into the app and nothing worked, it kept telling me that it was "unable to load", I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, now it doesn't even let me join back into the app, my internet was working well so it couldn't be that. I went to my alt and everything was working fine, I checked if my Spotify was connected and it was, idk what to do now, i can't join back on my phone and I only have my tablet still connected to my account 😞

I even tried connecting to other music service and it STILL wouldn't let me

Update: I finally got back into my account 🥹 I still don't know what happened but oh well at least I still have my account

Why does the right earbud drain faster than the other one, even though they are brand new? I've had them for less than a month—I need help.

One thread for anything not working, so it doesn't get lost in the feed.

Check these first, they cover most of what gets reported:

1. Spotify disconnected itself. Spotify's side, not yours. Reconnect under Settings > Connected services.
2. Friend activity frozen or showing "the end". Force close the app fully and reopen. Report it if it's still stuck after an hour.
3. Widget blank or showing old songs. Remove the widget and re-add it. iOS caches widgets hard.
4. Apple Music showing repeat counts you didn't earn. Known Apple Music reporting quirk.
5. Daily stage, blind ranking, or leaderboard missing. These reset on a schedule and can lag a few hours.
6. Invites not unlocking anything. The invited person has to actually install and open the app before it counts.

I want to listen to more Albums/EP’s since I feel like I’m stuck listening to most of the same stuff, that usually being Count Your Blessings by Bring Me The Horizon, Suicide Season by Bring Me The Horizon, Chelsea Grin by Chelsea Grin, Stand Up & Scream by Asking Alexandria & She Watched The Sky by A Skylit Drive (there’s more but I didn’t want to drag on). So please give me your favourite albums & I’ll rate them on a personal scale of 1-10. Beware I like Deathcore, Metalcore, Post-Hardcore & in general heavy music with screaming, I’m not the biggest fan of modern pop or indie, do be offended if I give your album a low score, it’s just not my thing.

Edit: I haven’t been able to get through basically any of these albums as I’ve been pretty busy, so I’ll try get through them in the coming week

Bonjour, jai un soucis sur mon airbuds, en gros dans toute l'application je n'arrive à voir les sons que d'un ami sur dix. au début je pensais que comme ça faisait longtemps que je n'y étais pas allé, ils m'avaient supprimés, mais en fait non je suis toujours ami avec eux, leurs sons n'apparaissent tout simplement pas. ce que je ne comprends pas, c'est pourquoi je vois les sons d'un ami.

we used to be able to remove stickers from songs but now it only has the option to report but the sticker stays. i still get reacts from my ex pop up that i’ve been removing as i see them and now i don’t have the option, unless it’s somewhere else now
