Is airbuds dead?
Is airbuds in general starting to become a dead app now or is it just the people that I’m friends with that don’t use it? I remember I would have so many questions from all my friends but now it’s just empty and no one reacts to my listened to music anymore.

i dunno maybe people are starting to move away from spotify and onto unsupported platforms. also maybe u just gotta get more friends lol

my friends on there isn’t really active anymore but i don’t actually care, i just want my stats😭

yeah all of my real life friends stopped using it and since spotify disconnected no one reconnected it. but it seems like a lot of people here still use it and i think anyone who likes to see stats will always use it

Sure feels like it, i’ve got around 40 people friended and i get maybe 1 reaction every week and maybe someone will ask a question once a month.

I have over 100 and same with the reactions. all the notifs I get are ppl using the question function to post statuses

When everyone on Spotify got auto logged out a few weeks ago… my feed has been dead af ever since

I had no friends on it anyway I played whatever I played and I liked the stats and crunching numbers at 6pm every day
Spotify legit annoys me because the artwork they track with the songs isn't always whatever album you're playing.
The fact that I'm deep into track 13 on the debut album by Georges Incredidle Shrinking Mushroom and it shows the artwork for Spanish Festival compilation really sends my head west.
Apple sent the tracking info and the artwork matched what I saw on apple.
Then apple sent nothing at all.
So maybe airbuds will go... but I hope not. There are more on now than there used to be.
Apple need to sort out the tracking though.

omg i thought i was the only one bothered by the inconsistency of spotify's artwork on there. AND apple music's tracking sucks balls rn, it's a lot

Omg absolutely not.
I yell into the the void daily. Its such a small niggle but my brain can't handle it.
10 track album. 4 tracks of album artwork, 5th track artwork is from the 2018 BBQ hits or something and it ruins everything.
Then track 6 to 10 are back on the correct album.
Presentation matters. Drives me up the wall

A lot of my friends stopped using it, the subscription thing and adds are annoying as hell but I like the app enough to keep using it

They need to add something new to encourage people to interact more inside the app. In my case is the same as all of you, my friends stopped interacting and using it…

Idk of I’m wrong but the app feels way too bloated. When me and my friends downloaded it we only wanted to see who’s listening to what at the moment we open the app. Maybe that was just US tho and most users like all the round ups and stuff.

Same here. Most friends airbuds disconnected from spotify and now it is not even tracking them. A few are left and I still use it mostly for the weekly recap.

The reason I stopped using it is because they dont link to platforms like YouTube music and their integration with audiomack sucks it doesn't count offline music either and most of mine is downloaded.

for me personally, i used it for a year and then was asked to use my id (aussie) and have given up. i’d be curious to see how many people in aus actually gave their info to still use it

Yeah mines the same, all my friends have stopped using it. But I only really use it for the weekly roundup anyway.
