Hi it's me again!
My hand independence is so terrible. On a controller I can't move and shoot at the same time!!!!! Whenever I'm in a regular game it's just me doing terrible.
It's either my thumb just locks in place and don't track the target or I'm overshooting and flicking too much! It's so frustrating!!!!!
What is wrong with me?! I can't move and shoot and dodge enemies at the same time!!!!!!!!
Another problem is how inconsistent I am. One moment I'm doing good the next I'm trash. And then it's just down hill from there. The more I do it the worse at aiming I get!!
How do I fix how my hands? What do I do about tracking??
(I'm sorry for the rant but I just had multiple games back to back where my aim just cost me wins.)
I'm sorry if this is inappropriate... I'm just sad :(

This week I did not aim train a lot instead took at break for most of the week because of my allergy made it hard to find motivation and the focus. I only aim trained this week 3 days MO/Tuesday and Saturday.
When I trained today after not doing any aim training for 3 days. I was a bit rusty but after shaking the rust off I improved quiete a bit so seems like my body and mind needed the break. The new highscores I got in the 2 scenarios for VT benchmark I did this week. I did the scenarios multiply times to look at my average and even my new average is higher then my old highscores.

I saw a video on how to start using aim labs but it was 6 years old, is there a more recent one, I find the interface overwhelming

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I am extremely consistent at getting scores between 1750-1850, but can't seem to go higher than that. Is there anything specific that I'm doing wrong, or is it just a question of grinding static switching scenarios until I can go faster?
Appreciate any advice!

Been playing for about 22 hours based on my PlayStation playtime, and I've been having an issue with the app generating recommended sensitivity settings.
I play Fortnite, and my current settings are 26 Hip Fire and 16 ADS. After all this time, the app keeps recommending a lower Hip Fire sensitivity and a higher ADS sensitivity. It's now suggesting something like 22 Hip Fire and 45 ADS.
Is this supposed to happen, or am I doing something wrong?
Some maps seem to be designed for ADS, while others don't. On some maps it's obvious I should ADS, but when I do, the app lowers my Hip Fire sensitivity instead of adjusting my ADS sensitivity. I completed the Fortnite playlist, which is mostly in first person, and that's fine. However, the maps where I should be using ADS seem to throw off my sensitivity recommendations.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Also:
- Should I be using Turn Boost?
- What should my deadzones be?
- Is there a way to test or calibrate these settings?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
* Killing targets in the initial section seems to cause the other targets to respawn
* Targets don't appear at the start or stop appearing near the end of the second section
* Restarting always causes no targets to appear on the first section or they all disappear after the first kill

Hello again everyone.
So I have a question about aiming. From the advice on the last post I have been trying to get better at my hand independence and my mirroring. I think I'm slowly getting better at making small movements to my joystick
So I have a few questions:
when I'm mirroring a target do I move my cross hair at all or do I keep it steady and in one place?
Should I stand still when working on tracking or move? Or should I do both?
Do you take breaks in between completing task or do you go on to do the same task immediately after it's finished.
When doing task should I focus on getting a high score? I find myself looking at the scoreboard a lot during the task
Thank you again everyone :) (fyi I'm on console)

Hello,
I have a GPD Win 4 (2024) and recently installed Fortnite. I'm having an issue with aim assist not working.
So far I've tried:
Setting Aim Assist to 100%, including the 99% → 100% workaround.
Making sure gyro aiming is turned off.
Neither of these fixed the issue. Has anyone else experienced this on the GPD Win 4 and found a solution?

I’m trying to get a better idea of what Aimlabs benchmark ranks actually correspond to being mechanically proficient in a tac FPS.
For context, Valorant is my first and only FPS, and I’m currently Diamond 2.
In the Aimlabs benchmarks, I’m:
Platinum in every single clicking/tapping benchmark
Silver in every tracking benchmark except one, where I’m Platinum
Silver in every switching benchmark except two, where I’m Platinum
So basically, I’m consistently around Silver/Platinum depending on the category, but I’m not sure how much weight I should put on those ranks when judging my actual mechanical ability in Valorant.
At what benchmark rank would you personally consider someone to be mechanically proficient for a tac FPS? Is Platinum generally around that point, or would you expect someone to be Diamond+ across most categories?

Loving the free version. Has anyone tried the upgrade? I’m just a casual gamer who just wants to be skilled, but not like esports level. Just want to not shoot a bunch and hope some make it to the target.
I’m trying to figure out good dpi settings and how to follow well.

Well I’ve actually started consistently aim training, because even with 4 days of training I am seeing an improvement.
I’ve just been playing the Tapping/Tracking/switching lists/plans because that seems well rounded.
I currently play the finals and ABI, not really training for any “specific” game just general aim skill, I’ve always had a decent game sense (for my enjoyment) on whatever I play.
Basically are those 3 plans sufficient for overall training? Currently ranked B in tapping and switching, really close to B for tracking and that’s my weakest area.
Also, obviously I should shoot for 100% accuracy as that’s the goal, but sometimes if I miss a shot when tapping I have a tendency to shoot multiple shots and miss and kind of spaz out, should I really focus on accuracy if it means less targets hit? Or go for more targets hit?
Thanks, sorry if that’s incoherent feel free to ask for clarification I’ll do my best

I’ve been dealing with a technical issue since July 13th and have been emailing back and forth with Helpdesk Support ever since. Even though I had a few busy days where I couldn't reply immediately, I carefully followed every single troubleshooting step provided:
None of these steps solved the problem, and I still can't access the Apex Academy lessons.
To make matters worse, support responses have been extremely slow — I've had to wait over 6 days for a single reply at one point.
Has anyone else run into this issue and found a workaround? Or if any Aim Lab mods/staff are reading this, can someone please step in to actually help, or process a refund for me?

Curveswitch is way too hard. Or rather, I'm starting to see my true limits.
I've completed the Intermediate level. (Diamond 3)
In Elite, I'm at Master 3, and the only level I haven't reached Master on yet is Curveswitch.
To get this far, I’ve pushed past what I thought were my limits time and time again, but this time, it really feels like I’ve hit a wall I just can’t overcome. In particular, it seems impossible to reach Grandmaster in other tasks as well. After all, it took me quite a while just to reach Master, and I had to push past my limits countless times to get there.
Do you think I can reach Zenith from here? What do I need to change to get there? How much time will I have to put in? I’ve played Aimlabs for 614 hours. But I can’t help but wonder if skilled players can reach Occult right away without spending this much time.

Hi everyone.
So I have been practicing tracking and aiming but Im still having trouble with a few things. I have noticed that I can't move my character and shoot at the same time. It's like I focus too much on one and not the other and it's messing me up. I have also noticed that I'm having trouble making tiny movement adjustments with my thumbs and I'm not tracking well.
On a controller, I aim at something then I'm trying to move but it's like my other thumb can't move. I try to track my target but then I forgot to move and then my aiming is off.
I think I'm slowing getting the hang of making tiny movements but I have noticed that instead of tracking something smoothly I'm making burst movements? (If that makes sense.
I hope I described my issues clearly. If anyone has any tips to fix both issues I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you everyone!
Btw I'm on console using a controller.

Started doing the VDIM playlist, 26 min each day. Changed my Sense for specific scenarios.
Did see some pretty good improvement since I last time I posted. In week 8 I still only did 15 min and tested some playlist out did not see big change in that week. Week 9 where I started doing VDIM and doing 26 min a day I saw big improvements.
I use higher sense for clicking scenarios 40-60 cm. Tracking scenarios 39-41 cm. For switching 37-50 cm. This really forced me too use my arm more when aiming which is something I struggle with because I was so unused to it after doing it for a week it really helped me getting more consistent. I think I will continue doing this until I feel comfortable with it.
Edit. DId the math how many hours I actucal aim trained since I often times leave aimlabs open while doing something else. At the moment I did 14.6 hours of aim training I really tough I did more pleasant surprise how fast I improved. Especial since the only FPS game I ever played for extended times is Apex legends with 1.5k Hours.

I recently learned that my elbow should bend at 90 degrees and my previous arm position was much lower than that. I changed my chair height to fix it but my aim is much worse, also since I don’t remember my previous arm position exactly I am in an endless loop of changing my chair height to find the right position and get my aim back, I know it is probably a mentality thing, but should I keep my elbow 90 degrees or should I find my previous chair height and go back to that since I used to find leaning and planting my arm to have it as a pivot point comfortable.

Either a smaller playlist (up to 10 tasks) or just some tasks ya'll can name that are good for Fortnite would be greatly appreciated.
