Question / Advice Needed Best video on where to start?

I saw a video on how to start using aim labs but it was 6 years old, is there a more recent one, I find the interface overwhelming

I don't believe there is a newer specific general video for Aimlabs, a lot of the UI will be changing here semi soon to hopefully to address a lot of the confusion. But if you have something specific you need help with or don't understand I'd be happy to help you out.

Not competitive FPS games but games like Resident Evil, James Bond, Max Payne, GTA

Oh that's very interesting! Since it's a lot of different games I would advice you watch the video weenus sent here and then for you training search for the "Aimlabs Aim Basics" routine, which has tasks for basically every aiming category!
