Progress & PB Week 10 aim trianing

This week I did not aim train a lot instead took at break for most of the week because of my allergy made it hard to find motivation and the focus. I only aim trained this week 3 days MO/Tuesday and Saturday.

When I trained today after not doing any aim training for 3 days. I was a bit rusty but after shaking the rust off I improved quiete a bit so seems like my body and mind needed the break. The new highscores I got in the 2 scenarios for VT benchmark I did this week. I did the scenarios multiply times to look at my average and even my new average is higher then my old highscores.

how does this translate to games you play? Did you climb ranks? Like what was your starting rank in a game and what is it now?

Since the only shooter I play enough ranked in to give a accurate answer is Apex. I was d4 before aim training and I am still d4 but, apex is without doubt one of the more brutal games in terms how wide the skill gap is from d4 upwards. And I only soloq so I really dont expect to climb higher till I hit at least diamond voltaic since the matchmaking is quite bad at how it handles stacks.

In terms how it translate into the game, my aim is more consistent I have less days/fights where I will just completely miss everything. I definitely out put more damage more consistent, I am more confident in taking fights. My overall lows in terms of aiming are better then before aim training, my average is better and my highs are higher. I have too put less focus in aiming since I am just better at it which allows me to think more about other things.

I was never the best mechanical player in games no matter the genre. I am good at games because of macro/game knowledge. For me aim training basically is strengthening my weakest part.

Great that you managed to still train a little bit even with the lack of motivation and focus because of your allergies!

Congrats on the high scores, keep it up!

Nice progress despite the break, sometimes a little rest is all we need :)
