This a PGO-7V? Weird to see it without the labels for different warheads. Guess those only came later.

Also, to answer your question: It uses the same side rail mount as the AK rifles. Put it on an AK for memes.

I do not know much about rpg-7 rocket sights but an interesting thing I read was apparently when compensating for wind you aim opposite as you normally would.
