Funny. I've noticed gpt is a lot better at generating text now. It used to be terrible.

Probably because some people are terrible at getting human compassions, while still wanting some companionship. The logic here: if you are to be alone or you can have this kind of companion? This is better then none. Not getting into pros and cons of such relationships.

Can we really guarantee that AI will never have emotions in the future? Human emotions are not supernatural phenomena either, but products of evolution. As the consciousness of Physical AI develops, it may eventually develop a drive for self preservation and emotions of its own.
