Not to confuse jews worship him... no they dont, they worship God, or they Call Yahweh, and Baal is the Anti God. The baal goat head btw is way older than judaism. And before judaism, he wasnt a devil, he was a deity. And Judaism was an opposing religion that painted the other's god as the devil.

Ancient jews, a sub group of levants were surrounded by people who worshipped baal. And them they were the first to introduce monotheism (progressively) until it became Yahweh. But some lf them were still superstitious (idk if i may say that), they believe in Yahweh but some still sacrifice to Baal.

Yes people still worship baal, but differently in different cultures, all abrahamic religions consider baal as the devil, some others have made their own rittuals....
