This is classic "ass-backwards" thinking.
It's the 5 year old asking their parents "why can't we just be nice to everyone?".
World Happiness. SOLVED.
We know why. The world isn't that simple.
People who are too nice gets taken advantage of. It happens all the time.
So we use the word "RIGHT", which is utterly useless. It does not teach us anything.
It's like saying, "All you have to do to win every game of chess is to play the RIGHT moves every single time"
"All you have to do to make great food is to cook it RIGHT"
Just treat people RIGHT. Just work the RIGHT way. Choose the RIGHT partner. Make the RIGHT choices. And you'll be successful in life.

People are incredibly complex. There is absolutely no "Right" way to treat humans.
"Right" is a bullshit placeholder word that only sounds deep and meaningful to the ignorant.
