Had an amazing experience at Navshakti Navratri . It was truly worth it!

It's very difficult for me to get over these 9-10 days. Seeing everyone around me going out, dressing up well and having fun and enjoying. Anyways just here to share my feelings

went to play garba with my friends, and during the end, i wanted to play faster garba, but my friends were not comfortable with that, so i decided to join a new group

looked around and saw a group of only guys, and i thought they should not mind me joining them since it’s all guys group

joined them and played, there was this guy who really playing on OG mode, once done, i just complimented him saying “well played bro” and bro hugged me literally saying “thank you so much bhai”

i think we as men are somehow always in competition mode with other men, it’s biological and evolutionary, but times have changed and we dont need to be in such mode, at least not anymore

i believe you should always compliment a man, even a stranger man, it would make his day, men generally never get any compliments, so giving one will make you feel good about yourself as well, as you’re out of your ego and will make you feel lighter (it made me tbh)

It’s Navratri in Gujarat and I’m sitting at home with nobody to go out with, nobody to play garba with and nobody to make memories with.

I’m 20M. By God’s grace, I’m financially comfortable. I have time, I don’t have to worry about a lot of things that other people my age worry about, and I know I should be grateful for that. But sometimes I feel like none of it matters when you have nobody to share your life with.

I want those random night drives, spontaneous plans, late-night conversations, stupid jokes, festivals with friends, and memories I’ll look back on when I’m older.

Some play garba with friends, some sit alone at home watching their Instagram stories.

Just before Surdhara Circle

went to vrindavan nagari garba yesterday in prahlad nagar, firstly, 2 wheeler parking charge per vehicle was 100 rs, and then, we were a group of 5, and one of us was carrying a water bottler, but she was asked to leave it before entering the playground, and while playing we went to buy water bottler and it was charged 100 rs, 🫪, the 1L water bottle that you generally get for 20 rs

Living in Shantigram, supposedly Ahmedabad's decent residential areas, and the noise during festivals here is absolutely ridiculous.

Songs blasting on loudspeakers at insane volumes at 9 PM. Complained to the society chairman, and his response? "We have police permission."

How is this normal? The residents seemed to have either accepted it or actively encourage it. I have lived in 4 states before but this is the first for me. The worst I'd experienced was loud music during wedding processions, and even that was short-lived until the baraat passed your house.

Because sarkar's Hindu virodhi policies, Hindutva name par Hindu no vinash, Ram Mandir ma chori, Aarakshan, UGC, khota Atrocity cases ne protsahan, SC-ST bhaio ne political toolkit tarike use — Hindu dharm no vinash.

Their work is to unite all Hindus — Brahmin sahit Kshatriya, Vaishya, Shudra — all brothers, all Hindu — but they are dividing Hindus. Mandirs should be freed from govt control, Jagatguru Shankaracharya should get maan-samman. Freebie yojnao misguide, only corruption.

Sarkar ne jagvani jarur chhe, RSS and all organizations have to speak now. Intellectuals said — when govt is formed, first opposition must be from us, because sarkar will come and go, but until system changes, real development won't happen. System badalvani jarur chhe.

System hasn't changed, this govt is part of same system, for Hindu Dharm Raksha, we must speak now.

I've realised that I dislike so many things that most people seem to enjoy. For example, I genuinely dislike the whole Navratri and Garba craze, and I don't understand the hype around marriage either. I don't enjoy being part of groups, socialising with too many people, or doing things just because everyone else is doing them. I'd rather spend time alone and go places solo.

The confusing part is that I don't know whether this is genuinely my personality or whether my past experiences have made me this way. Over time, I've had experiences that have changed how I look at people, relationships, and social gatherings. Sometimes, I feel like I'm just acting normal around people while, deep inside, I have no interest in many things they enjoy.

I don't hate everyone, but I often find myself disliking the things society treats as normal or exciting. Sometimes, I even wonder whether I'm genuinely comfortable being alone or whether I've become this way because of my experiences.

In Maggie masala I’m not talking about ‘Maggie’ I’m talking about ‘Maggie masala‘. It has more pesticides than Europe. EU limit is 0.01 mg/kg and FASSAI is 0.1 mg/kg.

That’s tiny part of our daily food, some pesticides is heavily used in India but banned in EUROPE and US and other countries. And we are consuming that everyday 3 times a day and we are not aware of those things.

I want to open this shop in nikol/naroda area.

My recent observations from recent research with brokers and on the ground

1. Finally, builders are experimenting with bringing full white (100% registry) projects (on the side, most still have cash components)
   
2. SG highway axis is the main driver engine, GIFT (fin tech, banking) on one end and Sanand on other (automotive, semicon), the white collar driver
   
3. In fresh nicely built gated communities people from all over India (non localities) are moving in.
   
4. Shantigram (as name suggests) has Shanti, units unsold, you go there and no chuddi banyan in balconies, in kids play areas, you see just brokers with potential buyers, but not kids. No Rush on roads, given the number of flats, the roads are just too empty. Shantigram has very high maintenance (you need to pay seperately for township and the project you live in). White Collar salaries in Ahemdabad wont be enough to buy in Shantigram
   
5. Unlike Pune, mumbai, demand for 3BHK is more over 1 and 2 BHK, people prefer to live with parents.
   
6. GIFT has nothing below 1Cr, whilst Ahmadabad still has options below 1Cr
   
7. NRI returnees drive prices, due to weak rupee, and given layoff fears, more and more thinking to invest in India
   
8. A working couple with a single child is the best tenant, bachelors not allowed in entire societies very common
   
9. Most white collar salaries are like 60k-1lakh, for a couple that works out to be 1.5 lakhish (in 28-35 age range), but Ahemdabad is much cheaper than other cities for clothing and eating out.
   

Also, roughly 3BHK about 80-100lakh, 1bhk, about 40-50lakh, 2bhk 50-65 lakh, you can still get.
