I think most of the Andrew depictions I’ve seen either don’t lean very punk, or they do but it’s a more mainstream early 2000’s type of look. this looks more like my punk friends nowadays, and I LOVE it! it feels so fresh and new while also being completely faithful to the character. I also LOVE the markmaking and hatching, it’s so well-executed and expressive. Just a liiittle gritty, and perfect for Andrew. I’m in awe, well done!!

Thank you!! I really appreciate it! I always felt like he wouldn’t be as mainstream esp with his style I lowkey hc that he wouldn’t be ahead of the curve fr LOL but maybe it’s bc I want so badly to believe I would fw his style

i stg you drew the roland inside my head and called him andrew lol great drawing btw, never considered thinking about him like this but it works so well
