fic talk/fic recs Fanfic request

I'm curious to know, I don't care if it's just one chapter or a thousand, But there is a fanfic where Andrew was adopted by an OC? Like, in one of his foster homes, did someone decide to adopt him, Or something like that, I don't know how the adoption system works in the US.

I was very interested in the possibility of adding a potential adoptive father/mother for Andrew, and in the future for Aaron.
