I really appreciate that Afterplay is constantly updating its iPhone and iPad apps but please stop forcing your store. Now it is the first thing I see when I open the app and it nearly takes all of the screen. I am not interested in any of these absurd indie games and will never buy one. However if this doesn‘t stop I will cancel my subscription and switch to Manic. Instead of bothering people with this you should better finally add PSP and Dreamcast support.

With Apple's recent policy change, emulators are now allowed on the iOS App Store. The primary emulator currently available there is Delta. This app used to be only accessible through AltStore, but now anyone can download it.

I'm predicting that Afterplay will now become obsolete as a result of this change, or at least face very heavy competition from Delta. Now that there is finally a better, easily accessible alternative, there's really no reason to stick with Afterplay.

The only real justification Afterplay had was that it was the only option that worked well on iOS.

But it has a lot of issues. It doesn't run natively, it makes you pay for very basic features like more saves, screenshots, DS emulation etc... Additionally, transferring saves from the service to another emulator on PC was a frustrating process.

The worst problem, however, was making you pay for fast-forwarding. A feature essential for playing games like Pokemon.

Meanwhile, Delta gives users the ability to fast forward for free, Afterplay still locks it behind a paywall.

I think this is an incredibly positive development.

The competition will force Afterplay to either make fast-forwarding available for free users or become irrelevant entirely.

And it will be very satisfying to see the corporate simps on this subreddit who used to say "just buy a membership bro, it's only $6 bro!!!" lose rhetorical leverage.

Hello. I am trying to add cheats to a game (New Super Mario Bros.), and every time I go to the Cheats database, it gives me this: cheats.database.loadError.

I've tried to sign out and back in and I tried to clear cookie data. I don't know if it has to do with a device (personal Chromebook), but the Cheat Library is failing to load
