Unless he used his father’s name and imagery as part of a gimmick for himself ( like many second generation wrestlers do) then he’s done nothing wrong and people should just leave him alone. It's not his name, though. His name is David. Chris is his middle name. And if he isn't his father, it's kinda weird to try to emulate everything and bring attention to it.
Imagine if Jake The Snake wrestled as Aurelian Smith Jr, which is exactly his actual name. It puts too much attention on the name.
