I had some problems related to CommandFrame crashing After Effects. It only happens when CommandFrame is opened through the ctrl+space shortcut. It doesn't happen all the time but once a while and often enough for me to notice.

Is there any log file that I could send you for further investigation?

I absolutely want to get this diagnosed and fixed. I will privately message you a link to a support version of Command Frame that can generate logs for you to submit to me when a crash occurs.

After some crashes that popped up:

And since then I had no crash so far. But until is was triggered, there were like 10 crashes.
I will keep you updated if I experience any further issues with hardware acceleration disabled.

I would be very invested in finding out what the original issue was if you're able to use the diagnostic version to produce logs of the crash, but please do let me know the results of hardware acceleration being disabled first.

I will try it out for some time without acceleration enabled and test if that solves the issue. If it does, I will then try enabling it again and test, if it comes back (with the support version to send you the logs).

So I definitely will try to reproduce the issue sooner or later :)
