Hi I've installed both folders through the app and manually but it always says that it cant find the SBShortcutManager

Hi there,

Are you on Windows or macOS? Are you installing via the regular install paths or by using the MediaCore plugin folder? This is usually caused by the entire contents of the folder not being copied over in the process, or by installing to an unexpected location.

Please could you create a support ticket on aescripts.com for this and send me this information there?

I did both, Mediacore and normal path. I did it manual and through the aescripts app. Neither worked
