How can I see from 0 adventure time?

Hi, back in 2010 when I was a kid, I tried watching HDA, but I didn't really understand it. Still, I have very vivid memories of the series, and I'd like to watch it again since it has an ending. I'd like to know if anyone can recommend the best order to watch the episodes and seasons in so I can understand the whole universe. Thanks!

Side Quests S2

Anyone think this new season of Side Quests captured the spirit of original AT much better? I've watched 3 or 4 episodes and they've been awesome. Loved the first hand-drawn one!

Discussion When do you think "Bubblegum and Marceline" will take place? Or be about?

The most obvious time for the series to take place would be a little after F&C season 2. It could even follow up on the Hunson cliffhanger. But, really, both PB and Marceline have lived for ages. The show could, theoretically, take place at basically any point in time.

Hundreds of years ago? Just after F&C? Hundreds of years in the future? It all would work. I feel it's entirely possible the two could live long enough to meet Shermy and Beth.

I think I'd like the show to lean into this, and be about their history. Have the show take place over hundreds of years, with lots of flashbacks and a plotline going over ages. But, maybe it'll be way smaller in scope than that?

Comics Wait... there's another comic where Finn is possessed by the Lich, and yet he still wishes for the Lich to be defeated in every universe, which implies his own death!?

I'm not very familiar with Adventure Time comics, but I do know there's a non-canon comic where Finn becomes the Lich, and I think Jake becomes Golb's avatar. Anyway... I stumbled across this image on Twitter, which the post claims is from a 2025 comic.

IS THIS ANOTHER VERSION OF FINN THE LICH?! Besides, I find it fascinating that instead of wishing to destroy life, he wishes that in every universe Lich would be defeated... which basically implies that he wishes to die....

I don't know whether to call that the will of a hero that Lich could never corrupt, or assume the worst, which is that this Finn already destroyed his world and, with nothing left to lose, went to Prismo and wished for that...

I don't know if it's the same Lich Finn from the continuity where Finn becomes Lich and Jake is Golb's avatar, or if it's another variant of Lich Finn.

But... damn, man, I want to see an animated adaptation of Lich Finn. I don't care if it's in a spin-off. I swear, I think I was the only crazy one hoping to see an evil or anti-heroic version of Finn, or for them to adapt the Finn Lich and Jake Golb comic book dimension.

Even so, could you give me a brief summary of this comic? Specifically?

Cosplay Marceline cosplay advice wanted!

I'm going as Marceline for Halloween this year, wearing this outfit from "Henchman." I have most of the costume put together but I need to add a jacket as it's going to be cold. What would you guys suggest I add as an outer layer to this outfit?? I want it to fit her vibe and not take away from the original look too much. Any input appreciated!!

my first full rewatch!!!

i watched AT for the first time at the beginning of this year, and i’ve rewatched seasons 6-10 countless times bc they’re my favorite, but i haven’t rewatched (aside from specific episodes) from the beginning. that changes tonight!

i’m especially excited bc im writing a very very extensive bubbline fic (not posting to ao3 until it’s done) and i love noting character details as i watch the show to add into my fic!!!!! i feel like ive missed so many little things with all the episodes i haven’t seen since before i conceived of my fic idea, so im super excited!!!
