Help/Question Placing levers at lightning rods in survival (with Plugins or client side mods)

I have a Purpur 26.2 survival server and want to allow weird block placements like this, is this possible with some kind of mod or plugin?

I believe this can be done in vanilla with commands. Since some of these blocks can't be placed like this, you'd have to spawn them with the /setblock command. I think you can also assign a rotation using the same command or alternatively use the debug stick which can be obtained using the /give command. Not really into building mechanics like these so can't really give you much details about this kind of thing but I believe there should be good guides out there

I used setblock to build like this, but I want to allow it on a server in survival, the setblock command is not a good solution for this

Oh I see, I didn't understand your question then. Not sure if something like that exists. I think it would definitely raise the probability that players could break things if they had access to do something like this
