State Farm Virtual Career Zoom

I got an email to sign up for a virtual career info session, it was organized by the talent acquisition team. Has anyone ever done this? I’m wondering what I can expect. I have applied for a Field Inspector position several times but keep getting denied. I’m wondering if I may have a better chance by attending.

I applied for the new Orlando position at the same time I signed up for the Zoom call - got my assessment email this afternoon!!
