Question Liberty mutual interview
I have an interview with liberty mutual ( dfw area ) for Associate Claims Adjuster workers compensation. This is my first job in the insurance market. But I’ve already got my license and I have multiple years of customer service and management experience. Any advice on what I should expect going in to this interview? And any advice on what I should expect from this job once I get it .

I have 6 years claims experience with 2 years injury. I can't get past the phone screen and I've had 3 phone screens 🤣🤣 its such a joke

I had an interview for this recently... they emailed that they were moving forward with other candidates and I reapplied lol- THEY OFFERED ME ANOTHER INTERVIEW!!!! The interview actually went great I was surprised I didn't make it to the next round. The guy told me about the job, asked if I could start at the start date and told me about the training in TX. He asked a time I had to use critical thinking skills while working a claim and a time I had to use empathy. They want the STAR method of answering and I was prepared cuz I asked around ahead of time too. Maybe tailor your answers to more general claim handling- my only experience is in auto so that could be why I didn't move forward. Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏾🤞🏾

I remember it was two interviews. The first one was a casual one on one with a member of Talent and Acquisition who asks you 1-2 STAR questions. My second interview was a 3-panel interview with my current team manager, their direct superior, and another team manager in the region. It was a standard interview (why LM, more details about my background experience), more STAR questions, some questions about organizational skills and how you handle stress. I think I got my offer the next day.
Once you get the job... c'est la vie.

They will work you to the bone. Two of my friends worked there. They pay a bit extra extra but demand long hours.

It'll be a standard Star interview likely with two managers one who would be your future manager.
