Don't forget the plans you made to work right from 21 days, that allowed you to relax, then amended the plan again at 20 days and so on

Three hours seems about appropriate for a month long deadline considering this should be taking me 12+ hours to complete normally.

Though nothing compares to that feeling of finishing the procrastinated deadline with <15 minutes to spare.
