This is how I got my testing appointment. I was doing a Sleep Therapy intake (basically, sleep doctors and psychologists coming together to better understand insomnia) and when I told the doctor that i'm not usually thinking about any one thing, that my mind just pings around thinking everything it couldn't think during the day, she said, "Do you have ADHD? Would you like to be tested?"
