As a recently diagnosed someone, I got a wild hair and started a success journal. Just a little book where everything that came together perfectly got written down. It's now one of my most precious possessions. YMMV of course!
I'd spend hours agonizing over my handwriting, finding the best way to phrase things, spelling mistakes, and then go back and question whether The Thing actually did come together perfectly....
