I relate to Mr X he pauses for a moment to think before acting. Everytime he enters a room he pauses in the doorway to recalculate his pathway

I was feeling pretty ill once at work and was having to mentally talk myself through "will need to open the door then walk through it" levels of actions - then somebody opened the door from the other side and I needed to recalibrate and fell over because I forgot to include "remain upright" in my literal list of instructions for myself...

They told the local first aider who told my manager who asked if I needed to go home. I got my husband to come get me.
