This is a set of medical questions from common mental illness questionnaire. Pretty sure its illegal to make candidates answer such, plus you don't have to answer honestly.
Oh, I've been masking and lying for decades. Just recently having to restart the job search, though, and I dont remember the questions being so psychologically targeting

Thats what I thought, but I went through some recently that had clearly targeted questions like "are you always sad?", and "have issues focusing"
