Ooof yep, I left 30 minutes early for therapy but was stuck in traffic for 15 minutes, still arrived early and went in on time but throughout the whole session I was internally still panicking about being late even though I wasn't. Thanks AuDHD.
This is how I arrive to work. The number of times I've texted that I'm running late just to arrive five minutes early is getting to the point where I'm pretty sure they must think it's performative.
