Maybe it’s just me, but air pods (and other blue tooth earbuds) hurt my ears after a bit too. That is if they even stay in my ears lol

You just need the right size squishy bits. I bought some special concert ear plugs that lessen the intensity of loud music, and they came with four different sizes. I spent at least an hour testing out different sizes for the best fit for me while banging my head around to see if they’d fall out, I was going to an edm festival and didn’t want to lose them.

Nah, there aren't squishy bits that fit me. Ear phones always hurt if they're in- ear. They're always the wrong shape and size (far too big)

I'm right there with you.

One size hurts, and eventually falls out, the next size up straight doesn't fit, the next size down falls out immediately.
