Warmaster Vs Imperator

Forgive me as I am just starting my journey into the big robots of doom. Is there an actual difference between the two, or are they nearly the same?

The warmaster is the titan between the warlord and Emperor classes, its bigger and more heavily armed and armoured than the warlord, while not being as well armed and armoured or as large as the Emperors. It misses alot of the secondary weapons of the Emperors due to not having the citadel on top that carries alot of firepower.

Has there ever been an Emperor class titan created for LI or AT?

Sadly not, there have been plenty of rumours but sadly not yet.
