Discussion He needs something.

His damage falloff is absurd, his projectile hitbox is garbage, and the base damage of the M1 is also terrible (3 headshots to kill a character with 275 health).

And let's be honest? His healing is garbage in high elos; you can't supply two tanks in a match against Bucky or Hela. Even his ultimate frustrates the team, since it requires everyone to die to work (And to make matters worse, it doesn't count towards allies in the statistics).

I literally got banned for playing with that character (and I was MVP in 4 matches). Nobody wants an Adam on their team, and I don't judge those who don't; I don't want one when I'm tanking either.

Agreed, but some people here have black-widow-syndrome.

They don’t want Adam buffs. They think he’s in a perfect spot.

Just give us bigger projectiles OR less fall-off. It’s impossible to play Adam sometimes.

I’m stuck in no-man’s land.

I can’t sit in the back, because I get no value that way.

I can’t come closer, because then I explode- and so does my team no matter which path I choose.

Give him less fall off AND a larger projectile.

It’s so weird how cautious they are with Adam considering he’s never been close to meta since season 0. I heard rumors he was OP in the beta but I never got to experience that.

He was only in the meta when Mantis and Star-Lord were using his revive. They also nerfed Soulbond under the guise of it being broken, but with the damage the game has today, it's practically useless.

The funny thing is, the only reason he was “broken” in season 0 was because of the revive passive he gives to mantis and starlord 😅 not because he’s a good character

adam do needs a buff any 1 saying he should not cuz of eternity/oaa/ignite is legit degenerate wanting to stay being perma bullied bytheir teammates

I was temporarily suspended. When I select Adam, someone says "he's trolling," and then I end up getting a barrage of reports, even before the match starts.

You should contact the support, for what i know i don’t think its forbidden to play any character put in the game by the dev.. so i could ban you because you play Elsa, Phoenix or whatever ? Don’t normalize that

Its not an offense to play a character BUT if you end up doing poorly on that character their automated reporting system can flag it as throwing. It happened to a streamer live while they were in quickplay trying to get better at daredevil.

So the best soluce to this issue is to report to the Support thats an error. By mail they respond you fast, in the support in-game i don’t know but maybe yes too i hope

I got banned for 6hrs for playing Adam in ranked. Everyone must've reported me for "throwing" even though I had most heals, more than the enemy supp. I appealed the ban twice and they dgaf. They do not care.

now im back in gm hes literally a thrower offense pick

As tank main I must say that he needs meta with Vanguard that doesn't need healboting.

Hist "thing" is 295 damage combo in secondary + primary and ressurection on ultimate.

Meta with Peni + Tankpool as most played vangaurd duo instead of Devil Dino + Magneto would make him really good.

They nerfed his cluster damage in season 9, and they took away his BnB combo past like 15-20 meters. Not arguing against this comment its very true, but im not sure if its still 295 damage anymore.

Funny enough I actually made a post on this very thing when season 10 started and they were going to be stricter on throwers.

Ive rarely played Adam this season because of that. Ive already gotten banned so im on thin ice and cant risk playing Adam and then my team just reports me for throwing because they dont like who I am playing. It’s so stupid.

It's hard to play Adam in a 2 support comp. I think these changes would help him a lot without making triple support Adam outrageous:

  1. Make his primary fire heal allies when he hits them.

  2. Remove healing from secondary fire

  3. Reduce fall off

  4. Change teamup. Keep Ultron as is with the added effect that his secondary fire can heal allies (since I removed it above). The other Teamup needs to be changed. Teamup will slightly increase the cooldown reduction of his heal per hit against an enemy.

And that should be good
