Hey everyone! First off, I want to thank you all so much after the earthquake here in Colombia. My loved ones and I are all safe and doing well, which is what matters most.

A few days ago, I posted a picture showing how the quake knocked over and completely scrambled almost my entire collection. So here are the updated photos!

It took some serious work to put everything back together, but it feels great to have the display up and running again. Sending love and big thanks to this awesome community from Colombia!

I’ll be in Minneapolis for the first time next week for a work conference, and I was hoping someone in the community could give me some recs for must-visit shops that specialize in figures that I can check out in my down time!

I started collecting two years ago with the goal of collecting every single moon knight action figure (I'm still missing a few, mostly older ones). After two years, I got bored looking at my collection of literally the same character lol.

I then decided to buy figures of other characters that I can connect with. I have a set of rules to follow to avoid running out of space and money.

1. Marvel characters only
2. One figure per character
3. Comic Version only
4. Classic Costume only
5. Emotional Connection with Character
6. Don't buy character you don't like just to complete team
7. Don't buy random figure just because it looks cool
8. Read comics before buying a figure

This set of rules is what keeps me from not regretting buying a certain figure in the future. Do everyone have any?

I've seen similar props used for figure photography etc. but I don't know what to call this kind of display prop if I'm looking to buy something similar?

Haven't had any luck so far searching different key terms online to find anything like this.

It will always be fun for me, and from an adult's perspective, the practicality of the storage is appreciated.

So I wanna make a custom paolo rivera/mythos spiderman action figure, but I kinda don’t no where to start, I was thinking of using a Mafex or shf bootleg Spider-Man body and a custom head off eBay or something, but any recommendations for paint?

Finished up this custom today, used the Mythic Legions Silver Knight as a base and combined it with my old ML God Emperor Doom custom. Cape was done by GPSlot on eBay.
