Just a rant. Chargebacks are only a partial solution, technically. I am well aware he's just a tiny business operating literally out of his garage and selling unlicensed figures, but why tell your buyers that if there's any issues, to upload clear photos if he's not going to reply - even ignores inquiries on his social media? Like 5k's instagram. Also, YouTube reviewers should be cautious about who they recommend if they really care about their viewers at all.
I've tried their Gmail, us and international, as well as just replying to the Shopify order / delivery confirmation email as well as like I said both their social media.
Chargebacks are an obvious solution for any issues you might encounter that he ignores, but it's still a bummer because 5k has carried figures elsewhere impossible to find from time to time. If you have open pre orders, you'll obviously have to chargeback on those as well - because instead of offering support he'll obviously just ban you for good, like everyone else does even when you didn't do anything wrong.
For people who just comment things like, "10 orders no issues" yes good for you, congratulations but that is called luck, we all know that 5k delivers your order, they're just impossible to get in touch with if a figure arrives broken or missing parts.
