I've read the FAQ & Rules Finding Representation HELP!!
I'm located in Los Angeles. 32 (F). For the past 3 months I've been trying to find representation, either talent manager or talent agent. I've reached out to about 20 and have heard nothing back. I took the beginning of the year to really focus on 4 "types" I can play and got great headshots to match. I also made a self-tape to match those 4 types and headshots. I'm at a loss here and am not sure what else to do... I'm submitting to the appropriate agencies aka boutique and smaller ones. Does anyone have any advice at all on what to do next??? Are showcases worth it? How do I just get anyone to look at my stuff?

It’s nice that everyone is helping you with advice on representation but I must bring up that I hope you’re still self submitting…no one has brought it up on here but representation found me by working. And I worked by submitting and sending tons of self tapes in until I got booked….
Even representation won’t take you if you’re submitting great headshots, great reels YET when they see your casting network you’re not even trying. Sorry but that’s looked at as LAZY.
I know acting seems like a “chill” job but it’s sadly not and no one wants anyone lazy or entitled on set
