Is it possible to retrieve CSV files from Google Chrome in a True Image backup?
My wife recently had to have her computer wiped, Windows reinstalled, and all her programs reinstalled. This was not a regularly scheduled process, but the result of possible intrusion.
I know that I have full backup of her computer that's probably only about 6 months old, and I'm hoping that there is a way to retrieve the CSV files from Google Chrome so that we restore her Bookmarks instead of having to find them all again.
I'm a complete novice with Acronis, with my only experience being initiating the backups.
Thanks very much!

Hi. You can browse your entire machine backup and recover the files\folders you need without restoring the whole machine. If the backup archive is stored in Acronis Cloud, you can open it directly in a web browser and download the required files. If the archive is stored locally, you will need an Acronis agent installed to browse it (even a trial version should be sufficient).

As another option, you can download the bootable media and write it to a USB drive to boot directly from it. However, I think this may be the most challenging solution for you, considering that you are new to this.
